Classifieds
- 1.Login to your existing account or register for a new account
- 2.Navigate to the Classifieds page
- 3.On the right sidebar, select “Create New Classified Ad”
- 4.Select the category you'd like your ad to be shown in
- 5.Type your ad content
- 6.All done - your ad is live!
Yes. You can edit your posts by clicking My Steady Elevation, choose My Classifieds and you will find options to view, edit or delete your posting.
If you have sold you item and it is no longer available, you can delete your posting by clicking My Steady Elevation, choose My Classifieds and you will find an option to delete your posting.
Before submitting your posting, you can choose the ad duration up to a maximum of 30 days.
Yes. If your ad spans multiple categories, you can submit a new listing for each of the relevant categories.
Yes. You can add URLs by clicking the Insert/Edit Link icon in the content box.
You cannot add pictures directly, but if there’s an image you’d like to refer to, you can post a link to the image by clicking the link button above the text.
No. HTML, JavaScript, applets, Flash, and other embedded content is not supported. However you can use the buttons above the content box to make your text bold or italic, create bulleted and numbered lists, and spell check your posting.
Once an ad has expired, it is deleted from the site and from our server. There is no way to retrieve expired postings
You can post an ad to any of the categories pertaining to your line of business. Please note that the “For Sale” category is for posting individual items for sale only and should not be used for advertisements. Photo ads and business cards can be posted in the Business Showcase.
Forums
To create a new topic, click the category you’d like the topic to appear in and click the New Topic button. To reply to a topic, click the topic title and press Reply.
Yes. You can view, edit or delete your posting by clicking My Steady Elevation and then My Postings. A listing of your postings will be displayed along with the options to view, edit or delete.
The categories have been predetermined so that the topics of discussion are limited to business related issues. If you have a suggestion for a new category, please click here.

Yes. You can subscribe to a topic by clicking the topic title and clicking the subscribe button beneath it.
Click My Steady Elevation and then Forum Subscriptions. A listing of your topic subscriptions will be displayed along with the option to unsubscribe from one or all of them.
Search
To narrow your search results to the item you are looking for, navigate to the page the content is on and use the application’s search engine.
Business Showcase
Press the Display Your Card button on the right side of the Business Showcase page to get started. If you have your business card in GIF or JPEG format, choose Upload Your Business Card and follow the instructions on the screen.
If your file is in BMP, TIF or PNG format, you can open it in Microsoft Paint and save as a GIF or JPEG file.
Yes. Press the Display Your Card button on the right side of the Business Showcase page to get started. Choose Design Your Business Card Online and follow the instructions on the screen to create your virtual business card.
Yes. When you upload your card, or create a new one, you will be given the option to enter a URL to direct viewers to your website. If you don’t have a website, you can enter your e-mail address instead.
Business cards are “shuffled” on each page load. The cards are randomly rotated each time the Business Showcase is loaded or the page is refreshed. This ensures that every card gets equal exposure.
Forms & Templates
If you don’t want to view the form before saving it to your computer, press the download button and choose Save. This will save the form on your hard drive.
If you choose Open, after pressing the download button, forms will open in your web browser and will not immediately be saved to your computer. If you open the form and choose to keep it, you can save it by choosing File and then Save As from the browser window.
Click the back button in the browser window to go back to the forms page. Don’t close the window or you’ll need to log back on to access the page again.
